SHASNA and Southern Crescent Technical College Annual Resource Expo

Dear Vendors,

The Resource Expo will reach displaced families and those in transi6onal housing in the following counties; Spalding, Fayette, Henry, Coweta, Lamar, Pike Upson, Butts, Troup, Meriwether, Monroe and Macon-Bibb, to provide the various services needed to assist the families, veterans and families with special needs children who are in crisis and struggling to provide for their basic needs and put them on a path to self-sufficiency.

The 2025 SHASNA and Southern Crescent Technical College Annual Resource Expo anticipates 50 to 75 agencies, non-profits and corporations. We expect anywhere from 300 to 500 participants to attend from the 12-county area. SHASNA will advertise all the various Vendor resources for the Expo.

The SHASNA and Southern Crescent Technical College Annual Resource Expo will be held on Saturday August 16, 2025 from 10:00am to 4:00pm with set-up starting at 8:00am at Southern Crescent Technical College Event Center located at 500 Varsity Rd. Griffin, GA 30223.

If you are a government agency or non-profit your cost will be $500 and will cover the nominal fee to participate. If you would like your agency or company to qualify as a Sponsor for $1,000, this will include advertising on radio, newspaper, flyer, website and all collateral materials.

• Name Badges for representatives

• Boxed lunch

• Organizational services listed for participants

• Advertisement during the Expo

• Set-up from 8:00am to 9:30am
